New for 2013! Tri-Oswego's Youth Splash and Dash 

The Tri-Oswego Triathlon returns in 2013 and will once again attract first-time racers, seasoned triathletes, and relay teams from across the Northeast.  With the courses' connection to the natural landscape, the Tri-Oswego Triathlon events are magnificently scenic, spectator friendly, and gentle on the environment.  See Our 2012 Tri-Oswego Video!

The Sprint event offers a refreshing 800 meter swim in the Oswego Harbor; followed by a 15.44 mile bike course through beautiful Oswego County; and a 5K run culminating at a finish line that rewards you with a panoramic view of Lake Ontario.  

The Intermediate distance Event will consist of a 1500 meter swim, 24.55 mile bike course, and a 10K run.

What a huge success our second Tri-Oswego was and we welcome everyone to Oswego in 2013 for another exciting event!
